Aquilla Sage

In July 2004, my wife and I decided on re-locating to the Sacramento area, specifically Sun City Roseville. While searching the web for available homes, it was our lucky day to access ZipRealty and become involved with Aquilla. I can not begin to tell you how much help and assistance she has been to us in locating the home of our dreams.

Aquilla kept us apprised at all times via phone and e-mail of all properties matching our criteria. Since we live in Avila Beach which is a five hour drive, Aquilla was always very willing to pre-view the property, ask questions and take pictures which she promptly e-mailed to us. Also in pre-viewing Aquilla would make note of the pros and cons of the property and relay them to us. Aquilla always made her self available on our numerous trips to Roseville to look around in person and never once gave the impression that we were taking up her time.

January 18th we closed escrow on our new home and needless to say we could not have done it without Aquilla. She was always there making sure all transactions were carried out smoothly and that we dotted all our "i's" and crossed all our "t's".

Because of her professional handling of our transaction my daughter has just listed her home with Aquilla and her fiancee will list his home in the very near future. After Aquilla sells these two homes she will be asked to find a home for them in Sun City Lincoln Hills.
