"I moved to Virginia in 2006. Being new to the area, I was looking for a home to buy. I did not know where or who to turn to, so I did what most people would do I called ____________ and ______________ and was treated as if they were doing me a favor. It took a week of calls before I could even go see them and they wanted me to do all the work, find the house, get a price, and call them when it was time to collect the money that they did not earn.
After about two weeks I had enough. I was at the store and saw a real estate business card for Alicia Monahan. As it turned out it was the best call I had ever made. I had to go to Fredericksburg one day and saw a house I liked, called Alicia, and she and my wife came down and looked at the house and loved it! We said that we wanted it; two weeks later we purchased the house. I will not buy or sell a house with any other agent. Alica is a top notch Real Estate agent and I will refer anyone that is looking to buy or sell a house to Alicia.
