"I am a first-time home buyer, and would like to compliment you on one of your real estate agents in the Seattle area.
I have been dealing with Adam Lin (through email and phone correspondence) for probably the past 4-5 months. Yesterday (Thanksgiving weekend) he took me out for my first showings - a few condos in the area.
I was really impressed with his approach. Along the way there were other real estate agents (from other companies) showing the condos to other clients.
