"I can tell you without hesitation that Aleta is an exceptional agent. I found her through the ZipRealty website after I read an article about the company through Slate magazine. We had specific needs, namely, limited time frame being from the East coast, restricted available dates, and price range. She is exceptionally organized, and uses a portable computer, GPS, printer, fax and blackberry to keep abreast of new offerings. She worked tirelessly for us, late each night, finding out relevant property information and historical market data for the properties. After Aleta got a feel for what I was looking for, she was able to identify a placed that fit my needs, even after we had placed an offer on another property. We ended up checking out the condo late that same evening and placed an offer the next morning. The property I settled on was on the market 1 day¿we and another party placed competing offers on the place the following morning.
