I LOVE real estate. As an ex-school teacher, I approach real estate as a learning experience for my clients. No question is too small and no desire is too big. Most people don't really know what they want and that is the fun part - helping them crystallize on their true needs and wants. Many people have either had a previous bad experience or heard of bad experiences about buying or selling real estate and need to be gently guided through the process. Others are more sophisticated and sure of themselves, and need to be given full rein. I love working with the different personalities and requirements so every day is a new one for me. One of the things I do best in real estate is preparing a home for sale. I have trained hundreds of agents and sellers around the bay area on how to do this effectively. Because of this, I can guarantee my clients that they can sell their house for more money and in a shorter time period no matter what the market is doing.
