Real estate success simply put, is passion. Prior to real estate, I was a successful sales rep within the telecommunications industry in NYC. I also was an entrepreneur of a start-up company. That is where I learned the art of negotiating contracts. Real estate is negotiating contracts...lots of them. In today's market, it's naive to think that real estate is not an investment. When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, running, and playing chess.
