- Once the offer has been accepted I will ensure that all the details are completed and there are no surprises at closing. I will communicate every detail with you and ensure that you are kept up do date during the whole process.
- After the closing, I will provide full follow up and ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase or sale.
I feel that I did not choose real estate as a career; rather real estate seems to have chosen me. My entire life's experiences have cumulated in a solid skill set that enables me to fully understand real estate.
I have owned a franchised commercial landscape company for the past five years and business owners, just like real estate agents, are required to wear many hats to fulfill their jobs. I understand that customer service is about what my clients' wants and needs are and not my own. I have also gained valuable first hand experience in sales and marketing through owning my own business.
Having relocated from South Africa, I understand all the details that need to be addressed. I also understand firsthand the challenges that are associated with moving or relocating.
