Real estate has been an exciting and rewarding career. Over the last 10 years, I've helped buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. During that time I've been involved in complex transactions which involved multiple buyers and sellers and have dealt with properties in distress and probate. I have been a one stop shop for my clients where they can get advice on financing, neighborhood demographics, handyman resources, market trends, successful negotiation techniques and economic conditions affecting housing in the Los Angeles area.
Deciding which property to purchase or when to sell is a very personal decision. I strive to be a resource my clients can use to help make those personal decisions a little easier.
