Samantha Harnett
Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary
As ZipRealty's Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Ms. Harnett leads ZipRealty's legal team and oversees all of the Company's legal and compliance matters, as well as regulatory and governmental affairs.
Ms. Harnett joined ZipRealty in 2005 and previously served as Legal Counsel and Vice President, Assistant General Counsel. Before joining ZipRealty, Ms. Harnett was an associate with the law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in the firm's Palo Alto office where her practice focused on litigation and employment law. Ms. Harnett is a graduate of California State University Chico and Santa Clara University School of Law.
