Joan Burke
Vice President, Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources, Joan Burke is responsible for leading ZipRealty's Human Resources operations and practices.
Ms. Burke has a strong track record and over 25 years experience designing and implementing innovative, results-oriented human resources programs, processes and best practices. Most recently, Ms. Burke was Vice President of Human Resources at ShoreTel, where she oversaw all HR policies and strategies, provided strategic HR direction for recruitment and retention, executive and performance based compensation plan design and training and development plans.
Ms. Burke has also held senior management positions in Human Resources at ZANTAZ, The Industry Standard, SoftNet Systems Inc., INDUS International, Inc. and John Hancock Financial Services.
