Bill Sinclair joined ZipRealty after almost 30 years in the service industry. Prior to joining ZipRealty, Sinclair served as Executive Vice President/ Chief Operating Officer for the Asia Pacific division of Radisson Hotels and Resorts Worldwide. He was responsible for development and management of a hotel portfolio consisting of 3300 rooms, and directing a team consisting of 3000 employees in Australia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and China. The primary responsibility of growing brand presence was accomplished through a customer focused service organization of empowered and engaged team members.

Mr. Sinclair also served as Vice President of Development for Promus Hotel Corporation in Memphis, TN. This role included merger and acquisition transactions including single and multiple assets.

After receiving his BA from Washington State University, he started his career in the hotel industry with Doubletree Hotels where he spent 25 years. During that time, he served in a variety of different positions, ranging from Hotel General Manager to Operations and New Business Vice President.
